I'd bought an Avanti just before. The crisper cooler cover broke, it is seriously not that sturdy at all. Known as buyer service and waited a half hour ahead of a person informed me that there were no replacement components for that model, and oh, by the way, yeah, sorry. I will never order from this enterprise once again, something.
I've had this Avanti for three years now, I adore it. It is a superior size for a single household, runs quiet and keeps my food at a continual temperature. I haven't observed any inconsistencies in the freezer if I keep it adequately defrosted.
Mine was delivered to the curb, when a bit inconvienent it undoubtedly beat the $75 delivery fee the 'other guy' was charging.
A fantastic item for the funds, I would surely order again.
